we are a mommy&me group to help mother, and new mothers help with things that mothers deal with dailey.
introduction of ehat mommy&me is all about.
a class for mommies to want to talk about what they have on there mind, vent about there love life, husbands, and all the things thats set on there life. just to talk.
mommies wanting to excersise.
mommies who want to breath and relax.
mommies giving each other adivce on any questions they need.
no one is here to judge were all here to talk and make friends along with our children.
for mothers and children to meet and make friends and be able to just have a fun day.

monthly charges for (yoga class) $ 45.00
2 in half hour of yago stretching and, relaxing. also music is included its 3 times a week.
tuesday 5pm -7;30 pm
thuresday 4;00 pm-6;30 pm
and friday 4;30-7;00 pm
weekly charge's are optional $12.00 a session.

packet two.
monthly charges (play dates) $40.00
includes, snacks, games, tv time, story time, and nap time. play togethewith toys.
this is a session for children to get to meet and learn how to get along with each other while mothes talk and chat and get to make friends, help each other.
there will be snacks, drinks, and also toys provided.
optional to pay weekly for a play date. $ 15.00

packet three.
monthly (work outs) $ 40.00 monthly
include home made excersice's
1 hour up to how much the mommy wants to do.
this is is for mommies who want to stay in shape and stay toned after there baby bodies.
the services will be providing, dance while this excersise is going on. there will be drinks such as water, gatorade, along with healthy snacks.
you can also pay weekly if you would like $13.00

ONE ON ONE session's
theses sessions are taking place at your house, or a time and place you perfer, you can bring your children , but this is a one on one get away sesson. you can pay weekly for one hour its $10.00, for two hours its $20.00.
this isnt a charge to speak to someone this is a charge due to things that wil be provided to you, such as drinks, snacks, and notebook to exsress yourself.
the charges do not go up. its just to help with getting things so we arent just sitting and talking, or circle time and one on one we offer in the services come along in the monthly charge of our activites.
that cost will be per client, also if you cant do the $10 or $20 then we can work something out.
